The Services in a fixed price SOW will substantially comply in all material respects with the Acceptance Criteria for a period of 90 (ninety) days from acceptance of the Services (“Warranty Period”). During the Acceptance period or the Warranty Period, in the event any changes, additions, alterations are made to the Services by the Customer without the consent of Company Name resulting in malfunctioning of the Services then notwithstanding anything contained herein, Company Name shall be absolved of all obligations of free rectification and the Services shall be deemed to have been accepted and the Warranty Period shall be deemed to have elapsed.
